Who are we?

We are your partner in Paris. We are your companion as you make Paris your new home, whether for short or long term, work, school or holidays. Our goal is to help you with all of your moving services ensuring a smooth arrival and settlement.

We are sensitive and empathetic to the conditions that await: arriving in a new city or country, where understanding the culture and language may be your first challenge to overcome. SEQUI’s drive is exactly that challenge, your wellbeing, giving you and your family confidence. We want you to enjoy the new life that awaits you in Paris, and will be there for you from moment one.

Meet Our Team

Elisa Navarrete Founder

I am Elisa, from Mexico, I love discovering new cultures. My passion for traveling, inspired me to study in Canada, France and Kenya. I studied International Relations and obtained a master’s degree in NGO’s Administration in Paris. Back in Mexico, I was Project Manager for ESRU Foundation for Deaf Children and  Deputy Director for Consular Affairs at the National Institute of Migration. My husband’s job expatriated us to Prague and later to Istanbul. Two beautiful cities that enriched me in different ways, thanks to their culture, people and food. Now we live in Paris (husband’s hometown),with our two children, one born in Mexico and one born in Istanbul. All of these circumstances and once being an expatriate myself, led me to create the relocation agency SEQUI, which gives  me  the opportunity to meet people from all over the world but above all, the privilege of smoothing their settlement in their new home.

Olivia Lafont Co-Founder

I am Olivia, I  was born in Mexico and  moved to USA with my family when I was a young teenager. I love running, painting, and traveling. My desire to speak multiple languages encouraged me to take French lessons while in high school, later to study abroad in the south of France.  I obtained a Liberal Arts degree from the University of Arizona and worked most of my life in the architecture and interior design industry. While living in NYC I worked as  a store designer/planner for Ann Taylor and now, I live in a lovely Parisian suburb with my husband and two sons, where I constantly interact with people from all over the World. I enjoy juggling between different languages on a daily basis. After living in three different countries with diverse languages and cultures I have become an expert in adaptation.  I look forward to helping you settle in Paris!
